Each segment includes movement, stillness and heart intelligence practices to embody theme.

The  videos speak directly to the child as inspired by childhood hero Fred Rogers.

At the heart of each video is Mr. Rogers message "Knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people."
